Software Since the start, the ViaNova group has developed the software Novapoint for transportation design and area planning. In addition, the group has co-operated about development, distribution and sale of supplementary software solutions that cover the life span of the infrastructure constructions. The maintenance system VEJMAN that is offered in co-operation with the Danish Road Administration is an example of this. The Quadri geodatamodel system that has been developed together with Norkart and the Road Administration is another example. The group has its own resources for marketing, sale and training, as well as a widespread distribution network in the Nordic countries, Asia and parts of Europe. Our main product, Novapoint, which is a module based planning tool consisting of 20 modules, is distributed and localised in 18 different countries. Octaga develops the VR platform Octagon that consists of VR/3D-components that has been specially designed to handle Novapoints demands within transportation design.
